Mary has worked for the firm since 1978, initially working in the residential Conveyancing department and then the Commercial department.  In 1981 Mary took over the plot sales for a Lincolnshire Builder and over the course of time with increased work load this has expanded and she now leads the Builders Estate Conveyancing Team.  The Team acts for national house builders throughout the process from site acquisition to the sale of properties dealing with up to 1000 units a year.  Mary has experience in dealing with freehold and leasehold sales, part exchange and equity sharing schemes, multiple sales to Housing Associations and Investors and also dealing with management companies and infrastructure agreements as part of the Commercial Property team at the Horncastle office.
