Jen has worked for the firm since 2000, initially working in the residential Conveyancing department, before joining the Builders Estate Conveyancing Team.  The Builders Estate Conveyancing Team acts for national house builders throughout the process from site acquisition to the sale of properties.  Jen has experience in dealing with freehold and leasehold sales, part exchange and equity sharing schemes, multiple sales to Housing Associations and Investors and also dealing with management companies and infrastructure agreements.
