Emma is a corporate solicitor with a number of years experience advising a wide range of businesses including start-ups, partnerships and companies of all sizes.  Emma advises on all aspects of corporate law and commercial contracts (including franchise, Ts & Cs and distribution & supply arrangements).  Emma predominantly works with owner managed businesses dealing with their corporate governance and constitutional matters, trading and finance issues, through to sale and purchases of businesses.  Emma trained and qualified with a large international firm in London, and, following a further two years in Norwich with a leading multi-national firm, Emma joined Chattertons in 2006.
