Emma Clayden joined Chattertons in October 2008 and is based at the Grantham office.  Emma became a Partner at the firm on 1 January 2010 and has over ten years experience in all areas of corporate and commercial law.  Emma specialises in particular in mergers and acquisitions, including share and business sales, shareholders arrangements, company reorganisations and restructuring, company set ups, commercial contracts and general corporate and commercial advice.
