Sophie qualified in 1993 and has specialised in employment law for 14 years. She trained in the City of London. Prior to joining Chattertons, Sophie was a senior associate with a leading national law firm in Nottingham and then successfully ran her own niche employment law practice serving clients in the East Midlands.  Sophie was brought up in Lincolnshire and was delighted to be able to return to the County on joining Chattertons in 2005.  She is a member of the Business Services Team in the Lincoln office providing guidance to her colleagues in the Corporate Department on employment issues arising from transaction work.  She also advises on all aspects of employment law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and pay issues, and represents her clients, both employers and employees, in the employment tribunal.
