Tim joined Chattertons in September 2007 and is based at the Stamford Office where he heads the commercial property team. Tim became a partner on 1st December 2007 and has over 20 years experience at dealing with a range of residential and commercial property work including the granting, taking and renewal of leases, and options and development sites as well as sales and purchases of unincorporated businesses.  Tim practiced in Grantham for 15 years before moving to the Stamford office in 2009 and was a partner in a long established firm in Grantham for much of that time.
