Roly joined Chattertons in June 2002 following on from a successful career in the Royal Air Force.  Roly was promoted to Partner on the 1st May 2006 and works at the Horncastle office specialising in non-contentious commercial matters.  His work includes advising on commercial property issues generally including commercial and residential landlord and tenant problems and property development.  He is also heavily involved in business sales and acquisitions and deals with most partnership and company matters, including partnership and shareholders agreements, refinancing and restructuring of commercial organisations.  Roly also advises on Town and Country Planning matters.
