After qualifying as a Solicitor on the 1 September 2010, Rebecca specialises in immigration law and related employment advice. Rebecca is able to offer advice on all aspects of immigration law including; entry clearance, visitor visas, marriage / fiancée / civil partner / unmarried partner visas, extensions of limited leave to remain, European free movement applications, settlement applications (indefinite leave to remain), naturalization applications (British Citizenship), applications from Commonwealth citizens with UK ancestry, company sole representative applications and applications under the new 5 Tier Points Based System (‘PBS’). Rebecca can also advise applicants on pursuing appeals before the Tribunal where she has had a number of successes to date. She can advise the main applicant and their dependants as to what applications they can submit and can also advise employers with regards to their very stringent duties, which if handled incorrectly could cost them £10,000 per illegal employee.
