As well as acquisition and disposal of agricultural land and estates, we are experienced in dealing with a range of Landlord and Tenant matters in relation to protected tenancies under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986.We can also deal with Farm Business Tenancies under the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995.
In the broader spectrum of agriculture, we have experience in acting for various agricultural co-operatives in the region and have acted in de-mutualisation or privatisation of a number of these. We are active in advising agricultural produce merchant organisations and in the vegetable processing and freezing areas.
