Employment Law – for the employee
Employee Information
Our Employment Law department acts for both employers and employees. If you are
an employer, please click here to visit our Business Employment Law section.
Typical employee situations where we can provide advice are:
- If you have been dismissed in a manner, which you think, is unfair.
- If you think you have been dismissed for a reason relating to sex, race or pregnancy.
- You have been made redundant and do not agree that it is a redundancy.
- You need advice on a compromise agreement.
- If you need advice regarding a disciplinary or investigation that your employer
is pursuing against you.
We also have experience of dealing with Senior Executives and termination packages.
We provide advice in relation to answering specific queries right up to representation
of clients at Employment Tribunals.
Consideration may be given to accepting any instructions on the basis of a Contingency
Fee Agreement.
