Businesses in the UK are usually set up as a company, partnership, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) or sole trader. Law firms, however, are prohibited from operating as a company and therefore most law firms have partnership status.

Chattertons has 23 partners and we employ over 240 legal and support staff.
