Financial Services
In addition to the extensive range of legal services that we offer, we also have a financial services team that can provide independent financial advice.
Our financial advisers are authorised by the Financial Services Authority to provide financial advice on a whole range of financial issues including investments, pensions, mortgages and protection products such as life insurance and critical illness cover.
In this section, we have set out financial services that may be of relevance to businesses. We also have information regarding financial services for you personally under our Personal Law section.
Why use Chattertons for Financial Services?
We apply the same approach to financial advice as we do to our legal advice. We act in your best interests and will only recommend what we believe to be the most suitable solution based on your particular financial circumstances.
Legal and financial issues often go hand in hand so we are well placed to deal with both under one roof. Our financial advisers have many years experience and are used to dealing with all types of financial matters including a number of specialist areas such as trustee investments and inheritance tax planning.
As a firm of Solicitors, we are dual regulated by both the Financial Services Authority and the Law Society giving you extra reassurance and peace of mind.
