David Rogerson

COLP and Partner - Newark

David is our Compliance officer for Legal practice (COLP) and heads up the Risk and Compliance team. His duties revolve around ensuring Chattertons’ compliance with their regulatory obligations imposed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. In addition, David has extensive experience in many types of litigation which included civil, criminal, family and employment. Prior to his current role, he was head of Chattertons’ Dispute Resolution Department and was listed in the Legal 500 publication.

Completed his Law Society Finals at Trent Polytechnic (1989-1990)
