In addition to our extensive range of legal and financial services for individuals, we have an enviable reputation for commercial work with particular strength in commercial property, corporate law, dispute resolution and agriculture.

Established in 1856, Chattertons is considered to be one of oldest law firms in the UK and as such we have forged strong ties with the local communities and businesses we serve. Many of our staff are school governors, trustees of local charities, and members of organisations promoting local business and development.

Each year we raise funds for a local charity nominated by our staff. In the past we have supported the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance, LIVES First Responders, Lincolnshire Emergency Blood Bikes Service (LEBBS), St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice and most recently our 2016 Charity of the year was The Brain Tumour Charity, a charity that not only provides research but support for both patients and their families.
