Marketing Administrator - Stamford

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated Marketing Administrator to join us at our Stamford office.

The Marketing Administrator will report to the Marketing Manager and provide administrative assistance to help ensure the smooth running of the department. In addition, they will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of other marketing tasks.

The ideal candidates will have high energy and a can do attitude as well as:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of their own projects
  • Great attention to detail and administration skills
  • Excellent IT and written skills.

Previous marketing experience is desirable, but not essential.

Hours of Work: 09.00  – 17.15 – Monday to Friday
(with some flexibility for occasional out of office hours work when marketing events require)
Location: Stamford 
Salary: Competitive depending on experience
Reporting: Marketing Manager


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General marketing administration
  • Processing online enquiries and marketing consent forms promptly
  • Processing Trustpilot and Google client reviews promptly
  • Writing copy for various channels, including social media and press releases.
  • Adding and amending content on the company website
  • Assisting with the organisation of charity fundraising activities and external events.
  • Assisting with the production of our weekly staff newsletter
  • Assisting with the production of monthly reports using Google Analytics and Excel
  • Liaising with departments throughout the business and external agencies/print suppliers

Qualifications

Educated to GCSE/A level standard. GCSE Grade C or higher or equivalent in English and Maths.

  • Relevant experience within  marketing
  • Marketing qualification

Knowledge

  • IT literate/ability to use online systems efficiently
  • Experience of using Trust Pilot, social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite and Excel  

Skills

  • Accuracy essential in terms of inputting data and writing content.
  • Ability to work with confidence and credibility.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent analytical, written and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Excellent IT skills
