Site Acquisition and Investigation
Our team regularly deal with the acquisition of development sites using lock out agreements, unconditional / conditional contracts, promotion agreements, overage agreements and development agreements. We advise our clients on the documentation that best fits their objectives, whilst forensically investigating the proposed site for any pitfalls that need to be resolved or may alter your plans.
We provide support to our clients on all aspects of the planning process, including; advising on unilateral undertakings, section 106 agreements, preparing deeds of indemnity and advising on access and highways issues.
The property development team regularly assist developers in obtaining finance for their sites.
