Qualifications: Law LL.B (Hons)

Emma is an Associate Solicitor in the Private Client department based at our Boston office. Emma deals with a wide variety of Private Client work, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax Planning, Administration of Estates and Court of Protection matters.

Having grown up in Boston and attended the Giles School and subsequently the Boston Grammar school, Emma graduated in Law from the University of Liverpool before completing the Legal Practice Course with a Distinction at the University of Law in 2014. 

Emma subsequently returned to Lincolnshire and joined Chattertons as a Trainee Solicitor in 2014 and qualified into our Private Client department in September 2016. In September 2017 Emma was promoted to an Associate Solicitor.

Emma is also a Dementia Friend and is a member of the Boston Dementia Action Alliance which works towards Boston becoming a Dementia Friendly Community and provides support to people suffering from dementia.

Outside of work, Emma is definitely much more of a cat than a dog person and enjoys spending time with her fiancé, and of course her cat, and is busy planning her upcoming wedding in June this year.
