Natasha is a practising Employment Law Solicitor, with nearly 20 years' specialist experience in the area. She now works at Chattertons solicitors in Grantham after spending the majority of her career at City Firms in London.
Natasha provides advice to employers of all sizes and from all sectors on a full range of employment law issues. She has experience of topics including: Disciplinary and grievances; Redundancies; Diversity and Discrimination; Sickness Absence; Maternity rights, Parental leave and flexible working; contracts of employment and policies; working time and Minimum wage; and has a particular specialism in advising on TUPE.
Raised in Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire and educated at the University of Manchester (LLB 1st class honours) and Nottingham Law School.
In addition to her wealth of experience in the Employment Law sphere, Natasha holds Chartered member status of the Institute of Personnel and Development
In her spare time, Natasha enjoys the theatre; reading and discussing books with her book clubs; and taking her dog on long country walks. Natasha is also a volunteer at her local community library.
