Qualifications: LLB, LLM, LPC

Victoria obtained a degree in law at the University of Kent and then went on to study for the Legal Practice Course in Leeds prior to completing a Masters in law at university in Leicester. Having worked for a large national firm in Manchester Victoria relocated to Lincolnshire, eventually joining Chattertons in 2010 as a Trainee Solicitor. Victoria then qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 having completed her Training Contract with Chattertons and was appointed a Partner in the firm in September 2017.

Victoria specialises in Wills, Trusts and Probate with a particular emphasis on agricultural law. This includes providing advice on succession planning and the various tax implications upon disposal of assets and death. Victoria’s work involves liaising with her clients and their families to consider not only the legal implications but also the financial and practical consequences of lifetime planning decisions.

In her spare time Victoria enjoys the countryside and all it has to offer with her two dogs.
