Qualifications: LLB, LLM, LPC

Victoria obtained a degree in law at the University of Kent and then went on to study for the Legal Practice Course in Leeds, prior to completing a Masters in law at university in Leicester. Having worked for a large national firm in Manchester Victoria relocated to Lincolnshire, eventually joining Chattertons in 2010. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 and was appointed as a Partner in September 2017.

Victoria specialises in Wills, Trusts and Probate and has a particular interest in agricultural matters. This includes providing advice on succession planning and the various tax implications on the disposal of assets and upon death. Her work involves liaising with her clients and their families to consider not only the legal implications, but also the financial and practical consequences of lifetime planning decisions.

In her spare time Victoria enjoys the countryside and all it has to offer with her two dogs. She is also an active member of the Stamford WI.
