Immigration or Nationality Consultation - £250 + VAT
Includes: A meeting with an adviser to discuss your case in full. Depending on your circumstances and needs, we can then advise you on your immigration / visa / nationality options and give you an overview of the processes and procedures to be followed.
Family Visas/Human Rights applications – £2,080 - £3,120 + VAT
Includes: These types of applications can be quite complex and often require legal submissions to explain why an immigration applicant should be allowed to live in the UK with their family members and/or be allowed to continue their life in the UK. We will assess your case to determine the correct immigration application for you. We will then complete the relevant application form on your behalf and send you a comprehensive list of the supporting documents we need from you to support that application. When you are happy with the application and you understand the procedure, we can arrange to submit it on your behalf with the required legal submissions to the appropriate decision-making body.
Settlement applications would have a similar fee estimate.
Work Visas/Business Development/Global Talent - £1,560 - £3,120 + VAT
Includes: We will assess your case to determine the correct immigration application route and procedure for you from the available immigration categories in the rules. We will then complete the relevant application form on your behalf and send you a comprehensive list of the supporting documents we need from you to support that application. When you are happy with the application and you understand the procedure, we can arrange to submit it on your behalf to the appropriate decision-making body.
Settlement applications would have a similar fee estimate.
Student Visas/Short-term immigration categories - £1,300 - £2,080 + VAT
Includes: For straightforward applications to assist students and those wishing to pursue short-term activities in the rules, we will assess your eligibility for your intended application and provide comprehensive advice on the specified documentary requirements and procedure that apply in your case. We will then complete the relevant application form on your behalf and, when you are happy with the application and you understand the procedure, we can arrange to submit it on your behalf to the appropriate decision-making body.
British nationality applications - £1,820 - £3,120 + VAT
Includes: For applications to register or naturalise as a British citizen in line with the statutory requirements, we will assess your eligibility and advise you about the specified documentary requirements, we will draft the required application form and, when you are happy with the application and you understand the procedure, we can arrange to submit it on your behalf to the appropriate decision-making body.
Sponsors - £2,500 - £5,000 + VAT
Includes: Assistance with the preparation and submission of a sponsor licence application to the appropriate decision-making body to enable a business, an educational institution or an organisation in the UK to sponsor foreign workers and international students to come to the UK. Any additional advice and assistance with managing a Sponsor Licence and/or the process of sponsoring foreign workers and international students will incur additional professional fees.
Appeals & Judicial Reviews - £3,000 - £5,000 + VAT
Includes: We will discuss your application and the reasons for its refusal with you. We will then provide detailed advice as to how you could challenge the refusal of your immigration application. If an appeal or judicial review is appropriate, we will assist you with preparing the required legal submissions and documentary evidence, lodging these with the appropriate Tribunal or Court and then our specialist immigration lawyers can represent you at the hearing if required.
Where an immigration matter involves a European national with leave in the UK in line with the EU Settlement Scheme, following a consultation with an adviser we will provide a quotation to the immigration applicant for our professional assistance charged at our hourly rate (£260 + VAT per hour) with an estimate of the time it would take to assist them in their unique personal circumstances.
Where an immigration matter includes more than one applicant, we will charge additional professional fees to assist additional applicants.
Immigration advice and assistance in more complex immigration and nationality matters, including immigration matters related to old Points-Based System categories, will be charged for at our hourly rate (£260 + VAT per hour) and we will provide a quotation to you setting out the services we would provide, estimated timeframes and the procedure to be followed in your complex immigration and nationality matters following a consultation with an adviser.
All professional fee estimates exclude: Home office application fees; immigration health surcharges; biometrics appointment fees; premium service fees; sponsor licence fees; and, disbursements such as Tribunal/Court fees (£80 - £154 to commence proceedings) and barristers' fees (£600 - £1,200). Information about Home Office fees, immigration health surcharges, biometrics appointment fees, premium service fees and sponsor licence fees can be found on the UK Government website. Where fees for translation services, interpreters' fees and expert evidence fees are applicable to your immigration matter, we will advise you of this and the proposed cost in our quotation to you following a consultation with an adviser and these fees are all payable in addition to our professional fees.
VAT is currently charged at 20%, where applicable.
The timescales for the above-mentioned immigration applications, appeals and judicial review procedures vary greatly. While processing times for immigration applications are published on the UK Government website, these are only guidelines and it may take longer for the appropriate decision-making body to process an application, especially if it is complex and the applicant has complications in their immigration history. Estimated timeframes for appeals and judicial review proceedings will be given to you following a discussion about your immigration matters with an adviser.
