Area of Expertise: Sam is an experienced commercial property lawyer and advises on all aspects of commercial property, both freehold and leasehold.
She has a particular focus on complex acquisitions and disposals, portfolio work (including portfolio acquisitions, disposals, financing and management), option agreements, overage and landed estates. Sam also has considerable experience in the provision of support to the corporate team on the acquisition or disposal of companies where property is involved and in the provision of development and investment funding by financial institutions.
