Chattertons welcomes new Head of Corporate to the Team

Chattertons has this week welcomed Anna Horrell as a new Head of Corporate to the firm based at their Stamford office.

Richard Ludlow, Joint CEO of Chattertons said “we are delighted that Anna has joined the firm. Anna brings with her many years of corporate and commercial experience gained both in legal practice and from previously running her own medium sized business”.

Anna specialises in Company Commercial work including commercial contracts, business sales and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. She also works with other advisers in the set-up of business structures and in finding succession and exit strategies for shareholders and partners. Anna has a wealth of experience working with commercial property colleagues particularly in relation to land development in the areas of corporate structuring and funding.

She predominately supports family or owner managed SME businesses assisting with the purchase and/or structure, commercial contracts during the life of the business and ultimately exit or succession.
