Our diversity and equality policy stands as a confirmation of Chattertons’ long-standing commitment and dedication to ensuring inclusion at every level - in the workplace, in servicing our clients, and during dealings with any third parties.
Our goal is to make our workplace as friendly, open, and inclusive as possible for everyone. We take a proactive approach to achieving our aims through active monitoring and management and a blend of training, education, and a culture that fosters accountability and openness.
