All our fee earners are equipped to deal with the plot sales, and regularly deal with Help to Buy. Our team work alongside developers to identify problems and come to a solution that suits our developers needs.
To provide that personal service we ensure that each development site has its own dedicated individual so that our developers have a specific point of contact who can develop an in depth knowledge regarding the site to assist our developers with any queries their buyers have.
Our team prides themselves on being able to work under pressure and are readily available to deal with high volume sites. They have robust and streamlined procedures in place to competently deal with busy financial periods such as our developers half year and year end.
Our team has a strong emphasis on technology and therefore they work closely with our IT department to ensure that our internal case management programmes suit our clients needs and meet technological advances.
Our fees for acquisition, site set up and infrastructure are based on an hourly rate, however, we try where possible to agree a pricing structure from the beginning. We will keep in regular contact with our developers regarding the progress of their matters but also on the level of our fees.
With regards to plot sales we have a competitive pricing structure.
