Qualifications: Rebecca is a Solicitor.

Rebecca works in the Commercial Property Department at our Spalding Office.

She deals with all types of Commercial Property matters, including (but not limited to) the sale and purchase of Freehold property, new Leases and the assignment of Leases. She is often instructed by builders (both big and small) in the acquisition of land and building plots for development, as well as business owners wanting to transfer Leases or grant new Leases.

Rebecca also deals with all types of Residential Property transactions including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases (including new build properties), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, first or voluntary registrations and assents.

After growing up in Spalding and attending the High School, Rebecca went to Nottingham to read law, returning to the local area to complete her Training Contract with Chattertons. Her knowledge and familiarity with the local area is a real benefit to clients.

Rebecca is on the committee of the Spalding Young Professionals and is involved in organising networking events for professionals at the beginning of their careers, as well as charity projects and training events.
