Our team is experienced in both freehold and leasehold sales and also deal with the Homes England Help to Buy Scheme (“Help to Buy”) on a daily basis.

The New Homes team work closely with our developer clients to establish a streamlined process that suits the developer’s requirements. We get involved with sites at an early stage - drafting the contract, transfer and preliminary information forms, which ensures a clear understanding of the development and foresee any potential enquiries from the plot purchasers.
We ensure that each development site has its own dedicated individual to act as point of contact, who can develop an in depth knowledge regarding the site and be ready assist our developers.

Our team pride themselves on being able to work under pressure and are readily available to deal with high volume sites. We have robust and streamlined procedures in place to competently deal with busy financial periods and are able to provide regular updates to our clients when required.

Our specialist Land Development team act for clients with residential developments from those building a few houses up to regional and national developers with large sites.
