Qualifications: Ancient History Degree (BA Hons) 2:1 University of Nottingham, Law Degree ( LLB) 2:1 Nottingham Law School

James was born in Grantham and has always lived locally attending the Kings School and subsequently the University of Nottingham to study an Ancient History degree (BA Hons) and then Nottingham Law School where he obtained a law degree (LLB).  His training contract was in Lincoln with a regional law firm where he worked in the Residential Property, Commercial Property and Family departments.

James’ primary interest is Commercial Property work due to the fast pace, complexity and the fact it is a developing, dynamic and contemporary area of law as individuals seek to “take the plunge” in to the business world and existing businesses look to review their commercial arrangements and grow in a cost effective and efficient manner.      

James is a proud Lincolnshire citizen who is eager to play an active role in the local community. Socially he is very busy and has played in most of the local football leagues from Under 10’s to Men’s football. He prides himself on being outgoing and understanding and is always excited to grasp new opportunities, meet new people and cultivate new relationships.
