Rachael Price

Area of Expertise: Consumer and commercial contract disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, debt recovery, landlord and tenant disputes, consumer issues including Sale of Goods Act, property disputes including boundary and right of way disputes, contentious probate.

Rachael joined Chattertons in April 2026 to provide a dispute resolution service from the Newark office. She qualified as a Fellow of CILEX in 2006 and as a Solicitor in 2025. Rachael has extensive experience in dispute resolution matters and is focused to deal with disputes efficiently and commercially by providing comprehensive information and advice at the outset to enable Clients to understand prospects of success, likely costs and timescales.
