Area of Expertise: Administration of Estates, Wills, Inheritance Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorneys and Trusts.

Kate returned to her Lincolnshire roots when she joined Chattertons in September 2025 having spent many years practising in highly regarded firms in both Leeds and Harrogate. She enjoys working with individuals or families to put their affairs in order, whether reviewing affairs during life or administering estates following a death.  Kate understands each family is different and feels privileged to assist at what may be an anxious time.
