Patricia Redfearn

Areas of Expertise: Patricia advises on a wide range of employment law matters, including Employment Tribunal claims, HR training, settlement agreements, redundancies, dismissals, disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE transfers, employment contracts, restrictive covenants and staff handbooks.

Patricia has practised Employment Law since 2009 and became a Fellow Chartered Legal Executive in 2016. Originally trained in Media, she returned to study law, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive and gaining over a decade of experience across all areas of employment law.

Patricia enjoys building strong relationships and supporting clients with their queries and goals. She finds employment law dynamic and engaging, with no two matters ever the same. Originally from near Armagh City in Northern Ireland, she now lives in rural Lincolnshire and previously interviewed notable figures including Midge Ure and Westlife.
