Qualifications: ILEX Paralegal Diploma

Sarah joined Chattertons in 2002 following her move to Horncastle with her young son to be with her family. (Her young son now towers over Sarah)

Initially working as a secretary in the Family Department, Sarah worked hard to qualify as a Paralegal before joining our Private Client Team in 2008.

Sarah now primarily deals with Deputyship Applications to the Court of Protection and the ongoing management of our clients’ affairs when the firm has been appointed to act  - under a Deputyship Order or through a registered Lasting Power of Attorney.   Sarah is hardworking, meticulous and dedicated to providing excellent service to vulnerable clients who are unable to manage their own affairs.    Sarah maintains regular contact with family members, care homes, social workers, the DWP, banks and utility companies.

Sarah is a Member of Chattertons Charity Committee, a member of the Royal British Legion and the Clerk to various local Charities.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, socialising and keeping fit.
