Sophie's journey is a perfect example. Joining the firm as a trainee paraplanner, she progressed through professional qualifications, became an Independent Financial Adviser and is now a Partner managing a substantial client portfolio. Commercial Property Solicitor Matt Day joined Chattertons as an Apprentice Solicitor and qualified in 2025. Jonathan Blythe, Head of Commercial Property and Partner, completed his training contract with Chattertons in 2008 and has gone on to lead one of the firm's largest departments.

Neil Jones joined Chattertons following the acquisition of Page Nelson Solicitors, where he had been a director for many years before becoming Head of Residential Conveyancing at Chattertons.
