Chattertons advise on the sale of SW Cars Group car supermarket in Peterborough

Chattertons' corporate, commercial property and employment teams have advised the shareholders of SW Cars Group on their sale to Big Motoring World for an undisclosed sum.  The acquisition increases Big Motoring World's number of used car supermarkets to five. The two sites in Peterborough that form part of the deal are prime retail sites which have been very successful for SW Cars.

Chattertons advised on all aspects of the deal and was led by Adam Gilbert (Head of Corporate) and Jonathan Blythe (Head of Commercial Property) with support from Deni Slaveva (Corporate) and Kayleigh Howarth (Employment).

Commenting on the sale, Adam Gilbert said "This was a great deal to be involved with, particularly at a time when used car prices are high and the industry itself is very busy. We believe that we achieved a very good outcome for the sellers who we know are happy with the result, advice and support.”
