Chattertons staff to walk 32 miles for charity

  • Posted

For the third year in a row, Chattertons Solicitors and Wealth Management are taking on a walking challenge to raise money for their charity of the year, the RSPCA.

Last year saw staff, family and friends tackle two sections of the Viking Way. This year the challenge will be to walk between two of the firm’s offices along the Boston to Lincoln Water Rail Way.

On 7th September one team will set out from Boston and one team will set out from Lincoln, both walking 16 miles to complete the route to Kirkstead Bridge. The participants together with other members of Chattertons Staff, their family & friends will then be able to celebrate completion of the challenge at a fundraising BBQ.

To date there are 33 walkers signed up to take part with the aim to raise £2,000 to go towards the firm’s fundraising efforts for the RSPCA.

Every 30 seconds the RSPCA receive a call for help. Every year, thousands of animals suffer from neglect, cruelty and abuse. With our help, the RSPCA can end these animals’ misery. The RSPCA rely on voluntary fundraising and donations to carry out their vital work.  Please support our team by giving what you can.
