New Partner joins Chattertons and returns to her Boston roots

Chattertons have appointed a new partner who is returning to her roots in the area. Boston raised Desley Sherwin has joined Chattertons in their Dispute Resolution and Employment departments.

Desley has family connections in Boston and was educated at the local High School and she has returned to the area having worked for a firm in Cambridge. 

Desley will undertake a mix of Employment and Dispute Resolution work; for employers and employees, businesses and individuals: ranging from settlement agreements, tribunal claims/ responses to employment contract and staff handbooks; contract/business and neighbour/boundary disputes, and landlord and tenant and professional negligence matters.

Peter Lawson the firm's senior partner said 'It is refreshing to see that someone who has pursued a successful career elsewhere has come back to work in Boston and we are fortunate indeed to have attracted someone of Desley's calibre and experience'.
