Danielle specialises in all aspects of employment law, supporting both individuals and businesses with the full spectrum of employment law issues. She is experienced in representing a variety of business, from large PLC's through to smaller organisations and sole traders. Danielle has a particular interest in unfair dismissal and discrimination cases and enjoys finding practical solutions to allow clients to focus on what really matters; their business. She is an experienced Employment Tribunal advocate and regularly presents seminars on a range of employment law issues.
In addition, Danielle has a keen interest in educational matters; sitting as a School Governor at a local Primary Academy she regularly advises schools and other educational institutions on employment related matters. She is also experienced in supporting clients with other (non-employment) educational issues such as dealing with school complaints, school admissions hearings and permanent pupil exclusions.
In 2013, Danielle was a finalist for the award of Young Business Person of the Year at the Lincolnshire Media Business Awards.
When Danielle has time to relax she enjoys reading, swimming, playing the piano and walking her two dogs. She also has a love of foreign travel and likes to visit new places whenever she gets the opportunity.
