The Globalised Workforce: Embracing Diversity

We are teaming up with the Lincoln International Business School and the Institute of Directors to deliver an interactive session on the topics of diversity, inclusion and equality in the workplace. Whilst businesses are encouraged to embrace diversity at work, it can bring both challenges and benefits.

Our speakers will bring you in depth insight, interactive examples and the opportunity to ask questions.

Focusing on the international, legal and academic perspectives, attendees will have a better understanding of what being diverse means in practice, how to achieve it and why.

Speakers include:

  • Louis Harman
    Head of Business Immigration, Chattertons

  • Natalie Gibbons
    Employment Law Specialist Chattertons

  • Dr Deirdre Anderson
Head of Department (People and Organisation), Lincoln International Business School
    and Director, Eleanor Glanville Centre.
