Area of Expertise: Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications, Inheritance Tax Planning, Administration of Estates and Deeds of Variation.

Janet enjoys working with clients to achieve the best possible outcome for succession planning and to assist with "future proofing" their lives with good planning in Wills and lasting powers of attorney to try and mitigate against any Court of Protection applications being made, whilst ensuring the administration of estates as tax efficient and straight forward as possible and providing support in what can be difficult times for clients.

1991 started work for Tracey Barlow Furniss, qualifying as a solicitor. 1994 moved to Rowberry Morrison, 1996 moved to   Adie Pickwell, specialising in Family Law. 2001- 2007  career break to have family, returning to work for Bird & Co, retraining as a Wills and Probate Specialist, 2023 joined Chattertons.
