Leanne Day

Area of Expertise: Leanne spends her day advising and assisting on personal injury and clinical negligence claims.

The majority of Leanne's own caseload consists of personal injury matters, where she runs cases from first instruction through to settlement.  This includes road traffic accidents, accidents at work and public liability accidents.  She also assists senior colleagues with higher value cases and clinical negligence claims.

Leanne is a proud member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and is working towards achieving Litigator status.  She has a passion for helping injured people and getting them the rehabilitation and compensation they deserve.

Leanne offers both a compassionate and supportive approach as well as a wealth of knowledge.  Her client-focused approach and commitment to her work ensures clients receive an excellent service. Leanne always aims to exceed client expectations, run cases efficiently and achieve the best possible outcome.
