Lorna Carter

Area of Expertise: Construction Law – contentious and non-contentious advice (full time) including drafting building contracts, development agreements and associated construction documentation.  Advising on resolving disputes relating to the construction industry.

Lorna is a Chartered Legal Executive who has specialised in construction law for nearly 30 years. She works across the industry both advising on the resolution of disputes including by mediation, adjudication, arbitration and the Technology and Construction Court.  She also drafts the construction documentation required for construction projects.
