Area of Expertise: Michelle spends her days advising on a number of issues and splits her time between contentious commercial property, Landlord and Tenant matters and traditional land disputes, advising in respect of: lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations, breach of covenant, forfeiture; Adverse possession, property rights, easements, boundary disputes.

Michelle works closely with clients to ensure that the solutions to their property problems are both practical and cost effective and often works alongside her non-contentious colleagues to ensure that any potential litigious matters can be addressed early in a transaction.

Michelle also advises in respect of traditional land issues, assisting clients in ascertaining and securing their property rights.
