Tracy Taylor

Private Client Paralegal

Tracy is a Paralegal in the Private Client department at the Spalding Office. She deals with the full spectrum of Private Client work including Wills (both new Will and updates of existing Wills), Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, obtaining Grants of Probate and the administration of Estates.

Tracy believes that a sympathetic yet efficient approach is most helpful to clients, especially during difficult times or whilst receiving advice about making difficult decisions.

Tracy has lived in Spalding for all of her life, and has worked at Chattertons and its predecessor firm for over 30 years. This means that she already knows many of her clients, and often acts for numerous generations of the same family.

As well as being a long-standing member of the firm, Tracy has been the Charity Administrator for the Spalding Almshouse Charity and the Spalding Relief in Need Charity for 20 years. She is also involved with the Cowleys Endowed School Foundation which is based in Donington.

In her spare time, Tracy enjoys antique collecting, gardening and spending time with her children and husband-to-be.
