Chattertons Raise Just Under £16,000 for Anthony Nolan

  • Posted

Chattertons Solicitors & Wealth Management has raised £15,710 for its 2025 Charity of the Year, Anthony Nolan.

Over the past year, the firm, which has eight offices across Lincolnshire and in Newark, held a wide range of fundraising events both in-house and with clients and contacts, including a sponsored walk, quizzes, bake sales, pottery painting and sweepstakes.

On Tuesday 13 January, Joe Weghofer, Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager at Anthony Nolan, visited Chattertons’ Grantham office, where he met with Katherine Bunting and other members of the firm’s charity committee and gave a presentation.

Anthony Nolan is a UK charity that saves the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders by matching patients with potentially life-saving stem cell donors. The charity also carries out vital research and provides support to patients and their families throughout their treatment journey.

Joe Weghofer, Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager at Anthony Nolan, said: "I just wanted to say a massive thank you from all of us at Anthony Nolan. Your fundraising has been incredible this year and is having a significant real-world impact for patients and their families."

Katherine Bunting, Partner and Head of Chattertons’ Charity Committee, said: “We’ve been incredibly proud of the enthusiasm and generosity shown by colleagues, clients and contacts throughout the year. From sponsored walks and quizzes to bake sales and creative activities, everyone really got involved. Raising just under £16,000 for Anthony Nolan and exceeding our target of £10,000 is a fantastic result and reflects the commitment of everyone who supported our fundraising efforts. Thank you to everyone for your continued support.”
