Martin drafted the referral to the CJEU in the now well-known case of Lock v British Gas. Martin has dealt with many complex TUPE situations. Martin has dealt with the full range of discrimination issues, including complex scenarios arising from mental health. Martin has handled employment law for clients across a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, construction, health, etc. He has vast experience of corportate and commercial property support.
Martin's experience with education providers includes community, foundation, independent, and religious schools, in addition to multi-academy trusts. Martin has advised on safeguarding cases and dealt with queries arising from the Burgundy book and STCPDs.
Martin is an experienced employment law solicitor providing advice and Employment Tribunal representation to a broad range of organisations and individuals. Martin has a particular expertise in advising education providers.
