Sleaford Charity Quiz Night Raises Funds for The UK Sepsis Trust

Our popular Charity Quiz Night returned on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 at Solo Bar & Restaurant in Sleaford.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended. Together, we raised over £850 for our Charity of the Year, The UK Sepsis Trust

Eleven teams battled it out through a series of challenging and entertaining quiz rounds hosted by our Charity Committee Chair, Katherine Bunting.

Katherine said: "It was wonderful to welcome both familiar faces and first-time quizzers to our annual Sleaford Charity Quiz Night. The evening was full of fun and friendly competition, all while raising money for the UK Sepsis Trust, a charity dedicated to raising awareness of sepsis, supporting those affected and helping to save lives through education and advocacy. Thank you to everyone who joined us and supported such an important cause."

Congratulations to Ben Ellis's team, who were crowned this year's winners.

A huge thank you also goes to everyone at Solo Bar & Restaurant for their excellent food, service and support in helping make the evening such a success.

We are also very grateful to the Solo Bar, Lincolnshire Vintage Vehicle Society Ltd, Pennells Garden Centre, Belvoir Castle, Kinema in the Woods, Tattershall Farm Park, Lions Café and Will Barker & Co for generously donating raffle prizes.
