Pay Increase - April 2021

The Government has announced that both the National Living Wage (NLW) and National Minimum Wage (NMW) rates are due to increase in April 2021.

The Government has also decided to lower the age bracket for those entitled to National Living Wage from 25 to 23.  This will have a huge impact on businesses across the country who have been impacted by COVID-19.

The table below sets out the new rates which are due to come into force in April 2021.
