Rachael joined the firm in April 2026 and brings extensive experience in dispute resolution, civil litigation and commercial litigation matters for both private individuals and businesses across Newark, Nottinghamshire and the wider East Midlands. Her areas of expertise include consumer and commercial contract disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, debt recovery, landlord and tenant disputes, consumer claims, property disputes including boundary and rights of way matters, and contentious probate.
