Qualifications- LLB Law and Criminology  Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC)   LLM Masters in Law

Dan graduated from Nottingham Trent University then completed the LPC and Masters in Law at Nottingham Law School. His favourite areas of law during this time were Human Rights, Family Law and Contract Law.

Since finishing University, he has worked within Local Government and a leading top 500 Law firm.

In the time spent within the Local Government legal department, he helped to ensure compliance with Data Protection Legislation, while also attending networking events on behalf of the Council.

Dan subsequently spent time with a large national firm in the East Midlands. During this time he established excellent working relationships with fellow solicitors with his pragmatic and personable approach which helped immensely in completing matters in an efficient manner.

Daniel joined Chattertons in August 2018 as part of the Specialist New Build Estates Department which represents national house builders. He is looking forward to find the right legal solutions which will make a real difference to the client in this department, ensuring continued client growth and prosperity in the coming years ahead.

In his spare time, Dan enjoys a wide range of sports including Tough Mudder. He enjoys reading literature on political and cultural figures. On the weekend, he will often be out with his rescue dog in a muddy forest before socialising with friends in the evening.
