Jenny Horsley

Area of Expertise: Jenny is an experienced Corporate Chartered Legal Executive with expertise across a wide range of business matters. Her practice areas include drafting and negotiating commercials terms and conditions, supply, manufacturing, distribution and agency agreements, shareholders agreements, company buy-backs and guiding clients through acquisitions and disposals of businesses.

She also advises on management company structures, corporate governance and ensures ongoing compliance with Companies House obligations.

Jenny provides a thorough, efficient service tailored to each of her clients' goals. She takes pride in helping businesses navigate complex legal issues with confidence - in a friendly and approachable manner, making the process clear, practical and results focused.

In her spare time Jenny is Clerk to the Cowley Endowed Schools Foundation. Jenny also enjoys cooking and spending time with her partner and three sons.
