Area of Expertise: Jenny specialises in Corporate Matters such as Terms and Conditions, Company contracts ( such a supply, distribution, manufacturing, agency agreements), Shareholder Agreements, Company Buybacks, Corporate Governance matters such as board minutes and Companies House filings.

Jenny provides her clients with a friendly, detailed and efficient service and prioritises her clients needs and requirements. Jenny is always happy to guide her clients through complex legal issues and help them achieve their desired outcome.

In her spare time Jenny is Trust Vice Chair of Governors for a local High School whereby she takes responsibility for the SEND, LAC and Website Compliance roles. Jenny also enjoys cooking and spending time with her partner and two sons.
