Area of Expertise: Responsible for the continuous improvement of procedures and processes in the residential conveyancing department.

Having spent a number of years in a large volume conveyancing firm, I am now responsible for working with the team and colleagues to assess procedures and develop efficiencies of the residential conveyancing department here at Chattertons. I also look after the relationships with external stakeholders.
